Since we are out-of-town buyers, Nina went above and beyond to always communicate in an efficient and timely manner. Nina was very knowledgeable about the BCS area and about the home buying process. She was especially helpful in getting us through the entire process remotely (we lived in Salt Lake City currently and didn't fly down to BCS until after closing). She took us on FaceTime tours so we could see homes and offered honest opinions about the good and bad things about each property since we couldn't see them up close for ourselves. She was also very patient with all our questions, which we had many of because we were first time home buyers.

She always communicated to us where we were every step of the way on the selling of our house process. She continued to come up with ideas to help sell our house. We chose not to have an open house due to some obstacles that we had to work around. We still had to work around even when just showing the house. She always made sure if we needed help or what she could do to ensure success. She helped keep us on tract during the whole process of listing to selling. She always made sure we were okay.
